At Flo₂Flow, we offer trauma-informed breath-led experiences. Through breathwork, immersive sound and intentionally small groups, we create conditions that prioritise nervous system regulation.

A CONSISTENT FLOW

Every Flo₂Flow breathwork session follows a structured pathway designed to help the nervous system settle. When the body knows what to expect, it can relax into the experience.

TWO PATHWAYS

Each pathway has a focus theme that explores common human experiences: pressure, fear, control, doubt and the stories we carry.

You do not need trauma to recognise them.

You just need to be human.

THE FOUNDATIONAL PATH

Conscious Connected BREATH Series

All sessions move through three phases:

  • Grounding

  • Activation in modulated waves

  • Integration

This regulation-first approach uses continuous rhythmic breathing to work with the nervous system through the breath and body.

THE REMEMBERING

Breathnotics Series

This pathway follows a distinct structure:

  • Activation

  • Structured retention

  • Integration

Breathnotics explores identity, belief and internal narrative through breath, immersive sound and guided hypnotic suggestion.
