Meet Tanz
Founder & Breathwork Integration Coach
I spent more than a decade working as a police officer while carrying the impact of significant childhood trauma. During that time, I was diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, complex trauma and depression.
On the outside I was functioning. On the inside I was exhausted.
I was living, but not fully alive. Managing with medication. The word they used was stable.
When I first encountered breathwork, I was sceptical. I had tried many approaches before. But with little left to lose, I decided to try one more thing.
What unfolded was not dramatic. It was gradual. In my experience, real change rarely happens in one big moment. It builds slowly, over time.
Through consistent breathwork, I rebuilt trust in my body and developed the capacity to regulate rather than brace.
Today I live well. Not because my past disappeared, but because I learned how to support my internal state. Grounded, Regulated and Medication free.
I believe when we keep breathing the same way, we often keep feeling the same way. When the breath shifts, something else can shift too.
Sometimes the change is subtle. Sometimes it is profound.
I guide this work because I have lived it and I truly believe when someone commits to working with their breath, it can change how they live.
We all have the capacity to regulate. Sometimes we just need to remember how.
The way I guide this work is grounded, practical and trauma informed. It is held with care, choice and respect.
Breathwork is not for everyone. But if there is even a small sense of curiosity, or a quiet maybe, I would be honoured to breathe alongside you.

Before Flo2Flow, there was a story of survival.
Secrets Stole My Breath traces the lived journey that shaped Tanz, moving through trauma, policing culture and the long, quiet cost of holding it all together.
Honest, visceral and unexpectedly funny, it reveals how breath became the turning point and how safety can be rebuilt from the inside out.
