A former police officer of 18 years and a single mother who carried the weight of both duty and home, she understands resilience not as a slogan, but as lived experience.

While Tanz leads the work, Nat built the structure that made it possible - holding the bookings, the organisation, and the countless details that turn vision into reality.

She also walked beside Tanz through the hardest years, witnessing both the collapse and the slow, steady return.

Grounded, capable, and deeply loyal, Nat is proof that strength does not always stand at the front of the room.
